I am a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer, Seasoned Yoga Instructor and Certified Nutrition Coach with over 15 years of teaching experience. I draw on a rich blend of expertise from each discipline to create a holistic approach to health and wellness for women ready to elevate their midlife and all clients looking for a more comprehensive approach to training. My sessions, whether focused on yoga, fitness training or nutrition are designed to address the unique needs and goals of each individual, ensuring a personalized experience  for each client. 

   

From my extensive background in movement, I bring a deep understanding of alignment and body mechanics. This knowledge allows me to guide people in moving with precision, helping them develop strength, flexibility, and balance in a way that optimizes body performance and longevity for everyday living as well as activities that involve greater attention and endurance. This integration is beneficial for people who are looking to improve their overall health and especially important for those recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions or just learning movement for the first time.


As a Nutrition Coach, I help people cut through the confusion around what to eat, how much and when - especially for women as their bodies change in perimenopause and beyond. I teach people how to fuel for energy, strength and recovery without restrictive dieting and I help women break the habits of generational beliefs that less is more, carbs are bad and fat is the enemy. Enough is enough. 


While I specialize in working with midlife women navigating hormonal changes, injury recovery, and strength training later in life, my approach is intentionally inclusive. I welcome clients of all ages who are looking to build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility and move with confidence through every stage of life.
