Move well. Get strong. Stay capable.A specialty, not a limitation
My specialty is helping women navigate the changes that come with midlife—shifting strength, changing hormones, old injuries, and new priorities.
But the principle is universal: thoughtful training should adapt to your body and your life. I welcome adults of all ages who want a more personal, intelligent approach to getting stronger.
Who I help
You do not need to be younger, fitter, pain-free, or confident in a gym before you begin. Training starts with your body, your history, and the life you want to keep living.
Build and preserve muscle, support bone health, improve energy, and feel more at home in a changing body.
Bridge the space between rehabilitation and fitness with thoughtful progression after injury, surgery, or time away.
Learn how to strength train with clear instruction, careful attention to form, and no pressure to already know what you are doing.
Improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence for travel, recreation, family life, and healthy aging.
Client experience
Six months of individualized training“As a physician, I understand the importance of evidence-based approaches to long-term health, and training with Carrie has been one of the best investments I've made in my well-being.
After six months, my chronic back pain has completely resolved, I'm significantly stronger, and I've achieved steady, sustainable weight loss. In the past, working with personal trainers eventually resulted in injury. Carrie's knowledge, attention to form, and individualized approach allow her to challenge me safely and effectively.
Her enthusiasm, humor, and encouragement also make every session something I genuinely look forward to. I'm stronger, pain-free, healthier, and seeing amazing results. As both a physician and a client, I recommend Carrie without hesitation.”
Client experience
Strength, confidence, and support“If someone had told me a few months ago that strength training would become one of the highlights of my week, I never would have believed them. Carrie has completely transformed what strength means to me…and, even more importantly, how I see myself.
With my bad knees, I was nervous about what I could do, but Carrie always meets me exactly where I am. She's incredibly knowledgeable and creative with modifications, and somehow knows just when to challenge me while making me feel completely supported.
But what I love most about Carrie is simply who she is: kind, joyful, encouraging, and so much fun. In such a short time, I feel stronger, more confident, and more appreciative of my body and what it can do. Working with Carrie three times a week has truly been the missing piece I didn't know I needed. I absolutely love our sessions and always look forward to the next one ❤️”
Meet your trainer
The space between rehabilitation and traditional fitness. Between knowing you should get stronger and knowing where to begin.
As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer, longtime yoga teacher, and Certified Nutrition Coach, I bring disciplines together rather than treating them as separate pieces.
Across more than 15 years in fitness and wellness, I've guided people through real bodies, real limitations, and real wins. I know people do their best work when they feel seen, appropriately challenged, and never judged.
